- Independent practice with staying power: Physician-owned, independent, and committed to remaining free from private equity
- Welcoming candidate profile: Fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified surgical retina specialist; ideal for both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary starting at $400,000+ based on experience
- Immediate large production bonus
- Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
