Role Summary
Trane Technologies is seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale, multi-country Salesforce initiative across LATAM, integrating with Oracle ERP systems. This role will drive an Opportunity-to-Order transformation, starting with a 10-week discovery phase and continuing through phased delivery. The PM will operate within a "three-in-a-box" model alongside Delivery and Solution Architecture leadership, ensuring execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes across diverse regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for a multi-country Salesforce transformation initiative integrated with Oracle ERP
• Facilitate a 10-week discovery phase to validate requirements, define scope, and shape delivery strategy
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies in alignment with PMO governance and BOS standards
• Coordinate across business SMEs, IT teams, system integrators, and regional stakeholders
• Partner within a three-in-a-box governance model (Delivery Lead, PM, Solution Architect)
• Drive stakeholder communication across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking LATAM regions
• Oversee vendor and system integrator performance, ensuring accountability across Salesforce and change management workstreams
• Support business case development, roadmap planning, and MVP-first phased delivery approach
• Lead Agile execution in partnership with vendors, including backlog prioritization and Jira oversight

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale implementations
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Fluent Spanish (able to lead meetings and workshops)
• Professional English proficiency (for reporting and PMO alignment)
• Experience working in LATAM or with distributed global teams
• Strong expertise in project financials, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project

Nice-to-Haves

• Portuguese proficiency (highly preferred, especially for Brazil engagement)
• Experience with Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.)
• Exposure to Oracle ERP environments and integrations
• Experience working with large system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant)
• Background managing multicultural, geographically distributed teams

Work Environment

• Must work across multiple time zones in the Americas
• Occasional travel may be required for regional workshops. Only 1 time for a workshop within the first 3 months of the role.
