| Job Summary | The Revenue Cycle Systems Training Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality training programs that support end users of revenue cycle systems and related operational workflows. This role ensures staff across the revenue cycle have the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to perform system-based functions accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational standards. The Specialist collaborates closely with operational leaders, IT partners, and subject matter experts to assess training needs, build curriculum, troubleshoot system-related issues, and support process improvements that enhance user experience, system utilization, and data integrity. As a key contributor in a rapidly evolving environment, you will help advance enterprise performance, elevate user experience, and contribute to initiatives that improve data quality and operational excellence across Beyond Blue. Effective 7/1/2026, this position will report through the Enterprise Revenue Cycle department in Beyond Blue. |
