Practice Administrator – High-Performance Medical Practice
We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on Practice Administrator to take ownership of operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused medical practice.
This role is for a true operator—someone who builds structure, drives accountability, and ensures the practice runs efficiently, profitably, and consistently without constant oversight.
What You'll Own:
Operations & Execution
Own and manage all daily operations of the practice
Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall office performance
Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly
Maintain a highly organized, professional, and efficient environment
Team Leadership & Accountability
Lead, manage, and develop the team to maintain a high-performance culture
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance standards
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action when needed
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members
Financial & Performance Management
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
Oversee payroll, expenses, vendor relationships, and cost controls
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
Patient Experience & Compliance
Ensure a consistently high-quality patient experience
Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards
Hands-On Leadership
Lead by example with a strong ownership mindset
Step into any role when needed to support the team
Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years of operations or practice management experience
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Comfortable making decisions and working independently
Preferred:
Experience in a medical or service-based practice
Ophthalmology, aesthetics, or dental experience a plus
Demonstrated success improving systems, workflows, or revenue
