Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients return to their highest level of function. This role involves evaluating and treating a wide variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions while collaborating closely with physicians, physical therapy staff, and support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and post-surgical patients
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Complete timely and accurate documentation within EMR system
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and care team members
• Supervise and delegate appropriately to PTA and PT tech staff
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, state regulations, and payer guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, team-centered clinic environment

Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Post-operative rehabilitation experience
• Experience with EMR documentation systems
