Scope of Practice
- All procedures under the scope of comprehensive ophthalmology, and more per subspeciality and added training.
- Comprehensive ophthalmology for all aspects of eye care for a high-volume community practice to include cataract, glaucoma, and retinal disorders.
- Fully staffed and equipped clinic with all latest technology, including medical and surgical lasers.
- Ability to receive incentive compensation for high volume cataract surgeries.
- Designated RN staff.

Salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $372,375.00 to $471,543.00. Potential premium earnings are up to $19,512.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Potential premium earnings are based on location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
