Description
As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for administering various FDA approved clinical skin care treatments. You will be responsible for consulting and educating patients on non-surgical treatments, as well as developing customized treatment plans. Within the aesthetic department, you will need to foster an environment of unity and positive morale.

Our medical aestheticians enjoy working closely with our team of medical professionals. We are first and foremost a medical practice. Stringent medical protocols to ensure safety and efficacy are critical and a candidate must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, follow instructions from their supervising medical professionals and to follow all protocols as trained.

Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full-time availability for consultations and services, as offered by the practice.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all service and product offerings.
- Perform skin care treatments, as offered by the practice.
- Advise patients on treatment recommendations that are individualized for the patients’ needs and goals.
- Cross promote services that would benefit the patient. Patient follow-up, including non-converted consultation emails and calls.
- Complete patient follow-up appointments to take photos and review results.
- Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner and keep clients as comfortable as possible before, during and after their treatment.
- Maintains detailed documentation and notes in EMR software for all patient interactions and treatments.
- Manage internal stock of rooms.
- Order, check-in, and distribute supplies to treatment rooms.
- Communication with Inventory Specialist.
- Support and participate in training of new staff members on company policies, services provided in the aesthetics department, and treatment practices and protocols as directed by the Director of Clinical Training.
- Respond to patient feedback.
- Follow appropriate channels of communication to address patient complaints, report patient or provider concerns, and assist in resolution of issues.
- Effective reporting, documentation, assessment, intervention, evaluation, and continued follow-up of Adverse Reactions.
- Assist with Marketing and promotions including but not limited to:
- Support Marketing department by filming with influencers, take/participate in videos for marketing, obtaining before and after images for promotions, etc.
- Photograph staff and models as needed for website with consent.
- Participate in community engagement activities by working events.
- Maintains relationships with all current and previous clients.
- Builds strong client rapport.
- Coordinate basic equipment maintenance (including proper sanitation of equipment).
- Perform staff and marketing treatments according to company policy.
- Participate in continuing education for products and services including attending any mandated training sessions, whether in-person or virtual.
- Other duties as assigned.
In the role of Medical Aesthetician, you will be expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities as described. The job description can be periodically updated to reflect customer service needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in aesthetics required
- Able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Demonstrates ethical sales practices.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Follows all company protocols, policies and procedures.
- Works collaboratively with our team to ensure premier client experience.
- Experience with CoolSculpting is preferred, but not required
