KYC Onboarding (Private Bank) Role Summary
Support client onboarding and periodic reviews for Private Banking clients by performing KYC and due diligence in line with regulatory and internal standards. Ensure high-quality documentation, identify potential risks, and partner closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to uphold compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

1. Review onboarding and periodic KYC files for Private Banking clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy
2. Perform due diligence and screening checks, including assessment of risk profiles and adverse information
3. Follow up with Relationship Managers and stakeholders on outstanding or incomplete documentation
4. Ensure client information meets regulatory requirements and internal policies, particularly for high-risk or complex structures
5. Liaise with front office and support teams to resolve onboarding and review-related issues efficiently
6. Maintain and update client static data, account details, and documentation records
7. Support preparation of management reports, audits, and compliance reviews
8. Assist in process improvements, policy updates, and ad-hoc projects

Key Requirements

1. Experience in Private Banking onboarding, KYC, or client due diligence
2. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and AML/KYC standards
3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess client risk profiles
4. Good communication skills to engage Relationship Managers and stakeholders
5. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight timeline
6. Min 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
