Practice Overview
- Multi-site model with variety, no same-day site splitting

Compensation and Benefits
- Year 1 income guarantee around 350,000, negotiable based on volume and schedule
- Transition to production model with 40 percent of collections, increasing to 45 percent
- No overhead deducted from physician compensation
- Signing bonus negotiable
- 4 weeks PTO and 5,000 CME allowance
- 401k and deferred compensation options available
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist
- Comfortable building to 35 plus patients per day
- Open to both experienced physicians and strong upcoming graduates
