Description
Are you ready to take a step away from the grind and get back to holistic Family Medicine?
Executive Healthcare Services has been a premier, concierge family practice in the DC Metro area since 2004. We apply a Team Based Care approach to focus on personalized, reliable, accessible, and timely care. Our team offers exceptional preventive and acute care services, conveniently to our small practice population.
We are looking for two (2) experienced FNP's to join our team to support clinical care on-site and as WFH Access Partners for the weekend.
In these roles, instead of fighting the tide of a high-volume clinic, you will have the space to provide comprehensive care that treats the whole individual.
You will work as a key member of our Clinician team offering convenient preventive and acute care support, and care plan follow up, helping to efficiently 'close the loop' on client needs.
Our highly collaborative environment allows our practice to distribute the workload of high-quality Family Medicine service between our Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, to reduce individual burnout.
Work with an extraordinary FNP team, a committed support team, and open, direct access to Physician Partners who genuinely value clinical collaboration and a culture that works together to offer exceptional care, conveniently.

Collaborative Care:
Work in close collaboration with the Physician Partners, and our exceptional FNP team to support Personalized, Reliable, Accessible, and Timely care for our patients (clients). Participate in weekly clinical meetings, and monthly "Lunch & Learn" meetings to sharpen your skills and align with our core values.
Remote 'First Call' Access Partner: Act as the primary point of contact for client clinical inquiries. You may handle medication refills, acute triage, forwarding messages to the team for handling during work hours, or escalating complex clinical emergencies and specific requests to your on-call physician partner as needed/appropriate.
