Envision is recruiting a skilled full‑time Nocturnist Hospitalist to support overnight inpatient care at Baptist Health Paducah, an award‑winning regional hub for advanced medical services in Western Kentucky. J1 Visas welcome! Qualifications: BC/BE in Internal Medicine Residents will be considered Position Profile: 8-10 admissions per night 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a Block schedule Nocturnists cover RRTs No procedures or rounding in ICU ICU covered by Intensivist/APP; Intensivists run codes EPIC EMR - Paducah, KY
