Requirements
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director, Marketing position is an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with creative resources in the Innovation group and the client acquisition personnel in the Business Development group. The role covers the full spectrum of product/services marketing: development of sales tools, tracking of market and competitive data, coordination of brand awareness and lead generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, trade shows, content syndication, etc.), social media messaging management, contact nurturing email campaign creation and tracking via our CRM system, and broad brand guardianship.
We seek an active contributor to both our marketing strategies and implementation tactics. Consequently, they will initially invest a significant amount of time becoming very familiar with enterprise-scale human resource / talent management operational needs and how to effectively communicate the APTMetrics value propositions to potential clients at all levels. They will become a spokesperson and advocate for our messaging who is comfortable in front of any internal or external audience.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, psychology, or related problem-solving field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., marketing manager, product manager, HR programs manager) in B2B organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; significant experience copywriting and editing.
- Experience managing external creative resources and project team groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an HR-oriented job function.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related studies.
- Experience marketing consulting services and solutions.
- Proficiency with creative graphic design methodologies.
- Leadership experience supervising and coaching staff.
Desired Technical Skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools; specifically, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Familiar with content design tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Experience using email marketing campaign management tools integrated with a CRM system, such as MailChimp.
- Experience editing and updating WordPress-based websites; creating new campaign landing pages.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Semrush or equivalent for website and SEO management.
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience. APTMetrics has comprehensive benefits that include competitive salaries, exceptional health benefits, 401K and a positive and healthy work experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $175,000.
