DermSurgery Associates is a physician-led dermatology and dermatopathology practice serving the greater Houston region. Our organization has grown from a single office into a multi-site practice with a strong reputation for clinical excellence, ethical practice, and operational stability.  We remain fully physician-owned and operated, without private equity involvement. One area of focus is on supporting physicians in building successful, rewarding, and sustainable careers while delivering exceptional patient care.  We are expanding and adding hard working dermatologists to our teams at several locations.   We have both full time and part time options available.  

We are an established, physician-led dermatology group with multiple clinical locations serving a large and growing patient base with a strong referral network and internal patient flow.   We have beautiful facilities and fully integrated EMR and an in-house dermatopathology laboratory.  

DermSurgery Associates offers a highly competitive compensation model designed to support both early career physicians and experienced dermatologists seeking long-term professional growth.  Competitive guaranteed base salary during initial ramp-up period provides income stability while patient panel develops.
The typical guarantee range is $350,000 – $450,000 depending on experience.   Our physicians earn a percentage of collected revenue with a compensation structure that aligns physician productivity with income growth.   Most established physicians earn between $500,000 – $900,000+ annually depending on volume and scope of practice.

Requirements

BC or BE Dermatologist or MD/DO with minimum 1 year Dermatology fellowship 

No adverse licensing events
