Concierge Healthcare Attorneys, LLC is a boutique healthcare law firm representing physicians, medical residents, and other healthcare professionals nationwide in high-stakes matters affecting their careers.
The firm’s practice includes:
- physician peer review and disciplinary defense
- NPDB matters
- resident and fellow representation
As well as a growing healthcare transactional and regulatory practice, including:
- wellness and medspa businesses
- telehealth and mobile health platforms
- concierge and direct-pay medical practices
- physician employment and contracting
The firm also represents individuals in structuring and negotiating healthcare business arrangements.
The Role
This is a pure execution role.
We are seeking a healthcare attorney with 7–10 years of experience to handle assigned matters with a high degree of independence. The role focuses on both transactional work and physician representation, depending on workflow needs.
You will be responsible for managing discrete assignments and, in some cases, full matters, with access to the founder for consultation on complex legal or strategic issues.
This role is ideal for someone who:

- is comfortable working independently
- prefers flexibility over firm structure
- does not want operational or business development responsibilities
Requirements
Core Work
Primary areas:
- Healthcare transactional work, including:
- wellness and medspa structuring and compliance
- telehealth and mobile health arrangements
- concierge / direct-pay practice setup
- physician employment and independent contractor agreements
- Physician representation work, including:
- peer review and disciplinary proceedings
- NPDB-related matters
- resident and fellow representation
What Success Looks Like
- You produce clear, high-quality work with minimal revision
- You meet deadlines consistently
- You communicate effectively and professionally with clients and the firm
- You require minimal supervision once assigned a matter
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of healthcare law experience
- Strong familiarity with healthcare transactional work, including:
- wellness and medspa businesses
- telehealth and mobile health
- physician contracting
- Experience representing physicians or healthcare professionals is strongly preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage assignments independently
Compensation
- Hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- No revenue-sharing component
