| Physical Requirements | May require sitting for long periods of time, using a computer for extended periods, and going from place to place on campus. This person will deal with many different and sometimes emotional people during investigations, arranging hearings, and presenting investigation outcomes in a hearing. |

| Job Summary | The Case Manager and Education Coordinator will play an integral role in Civil Rights Compliance by providing leadership and assistance with the Equal Opportunity team by providing support to the response and investigation of reports and coordinating the Equal Opportunity hearing process. This position will provide supportive measures for individuals working with Equal Opportunity. This position is also responsible for coordinating pregnancy accommodations for students and religious accommodations for staff, faculty and students. This position will work closely with campus partners to ensure the individuals can access the appropriate campus resources. The incumbent must also have a working knowledge of Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, and other federal and state civil rights laws and approach working with individuals who have experienced discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct with compassion. |
