Our team includes 175 radiologists, 30 advanced practice providers, and more than 175 employees providing administrative support in our wholly owned subsidiary STARS. What we do: ARS provides services to 5 health care systems and more than 60 different sites across the state of Michigan. We are the exclusive radiology provider to Corewell Health’s Betty Ford Breast Care Services in Grand Rapids and Bronson Breast Health Center at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. Both sites are designated as Breast Imaging Centers of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Betty Ford Breast Center is a nationally recognized, comprehensive leader in breast health, providing ~95,000 screening/diagnostic procedures annually. The Bronson Breast Health Center is located on the 5th floor of the Medical Office Pavilion, which is adjacent to the 415 bed hospital that serves a 9-county region in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana.
What we are looking for: We have multiple needs for Breast Imaging Radiologists in West Michigan! You could be based in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, or Holland as desired. We can offer full or part-time partnership track positions. Grand Rapids is the largest site with seven fellowship trained breast surgeons and there are two surgeons at Bronson. Both sites provide state of the art technology such as 3D mammography, CEM, Cryoablation, MRI, multi-modality biopsies, and more.
Responsibilities:
- 100% breast imaging option (on site) with 10 weeks of vacation and no weekends or a combination of breast/body/ER as desired with 13 weeks of vacation and 11 working weekends
- Interpret digital mammography, contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI, tomosynthesis and breast ultrasound
- Perform stereotactic, ultrasound-guided and MRI-guided biopsies and breast localizations
- Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with breast surgeons and medical oncologists to treat breast cancer patients
- Remote mammo work station available for work from home
- All radiologists receive an additional stipend for on-site shifts
Additional Information on Clinical Environment and Support:
- Established breast program with consistent volumes and predictable workflow
- Highly experienced technologist and nursing staff with a long-standing, breast-focused practice. This includes dedicated subspecialized breast sonographers with years of experience in diagnostic imaging and procedural assistance.
- A full team of clinical care coordinator nurses who manage patient education, follow-up, pathology communication and care continuity
- A well-developed imaging and clinical protocol designed to ensure alignment with ACR and SBI guidelines while maintaining a smooth, efficient, and expedited patient workflow
- Strong culture of collaboration between radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff, allowing the radiologist to focus on clinical decision-making and patient care

In affiliation with Michigan State University College of Medicine, our radiologists have opportunities to teach and mentor residents and pursue research if desired. Participation in section, committee and board meetings is not required but welcomed from day one.
Compensation/Benefits: We offer a 100K recruitment incentive (sign on bonus), generous compensation package and opportunities for additional shifts on a month to month basis. Our physicians have no out of pocket expense for medical/dental/vision coverage and enjoy an $18,000 medical reimbursement account annually. We also contribute the maximum amount allowed to the 401(k) plan ($72,000 in 2026). We offer a no nights/weekends option with 10 weeks of vacation or the standard option which includes 11 weekends and 13 weeks of vacation. We are continually striving to improve the work/life balance for our physicians.

Requirements
- Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of breast imaging including breast procedures (breast MRI biopsies)
- American Board of Radiology or AOBR certified
- Completion of a breast imaging fellowship or equivalent experience
