Anesthesiologist – Dothan, AL | 90 Minutes to the Gulf Coast
Full-Time Opportunity | $550K-$700k | 10 Weeks Vacation

Flowers Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our high-performing, collaborative perioperative team.  Directly employed with the hospital.

This is a full-time position offering a predictable and balanced weekly schedule.  Low cost of living, minimal traffic, and a welcoming community within a short 90-minute drive the white-sands beaches of the Gulf Coast! 

 
Position Highlights:

Location: Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL– Conveniently located -90 minutes from the Gulf Coast
Schedule: 1 in-house 24-hour shift + 3 8-hour shifts (48 hours/week).  
W-2 Compensation: $550,000 annually+ additional hourly rate over 48 per week/42 weeks per year
1099 Compensation: $335/hour (approx. $675,360 annually) + additional hours for extra income to hit over $700k.
26-week track option (1099)
Vacation: 10 weeks annually
Malpractice Insurance: Covered (1M / 3M policy)
Model: CRNA Medical Direction
