4. You understand the challenges management faces when transitioning to agile methodologies and provide support during this process

Responsibilities

1. Empower teams to leverage agile methods and tools to enhance their activities
2. Instruct the team on Agile practices, focusing on frameworks like SCRUM and techniques to boost team performance
3. Encourage teams to work independently and self-organize by providing motivation, coaching and guidance
4. Lead scrum events, training sessions, workshops and other formats to share agile knowledge
5. Assist Product Owners in capturing, identifying, and prioritizing business needs, and support empirical product planning and forecasting
6. Help team members to independently remove obstacles
7. Guide new team members in Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
8. Create and display key metrics to assess team efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement
9. Ensure tools like Jira and Confluence are properly set up, maintained, and effectively used to support Agile processes
10. Enhance communication and collaboration between teams
