You can also look forward to taking away great tips on how you could be successful in the program. The virtual event is scheduled for Friday, 22 May, 2026.

By participating in the event, you will gain insights into the Asia Analyst Development Program:
The Asia Analyst Development Program is designed to develop a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders of the firm for our ASEAN franchise. The program will expose you to both revenue and non-revenue generating divisions. This means you get a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank to gain insights into how our businesses come together and deliver value for our clients.
The program is available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Pursuing a degree qualification with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028
- A well rounded academic background
- Enthusiasm for financial services or financial industry with an open mind to learn all functions in a financial institution, with no particular preference
- Strong interest to work in our ASEAN franchise, particularly in the Philippines franchise.
- Holding the right to work and necessary work authorizations.
