PACS Administrator (eRAD Experience Required) - Remote/Hybrid, USA ONLY

We're partnering with a healthcare organization seeking an experienced PACS Administrator with hands-on eRADexperience to support, optimize, and maintain its enterprise imaging environment.
This individual will serve as the primary liaison between radiology operations, physicians, imaging technologists, vendors, and IT to ensure reliable image acquisition, storage, distribution, retrieval, and workflow efficiency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support eRAD PACS, Enterprise Imaging, and VNA platforms.
Monitor system performance, storage utilization, uptime, and image routing.
Troubleshoot application, workflow, image delivery, and user access issues.
Configure worklists, hanging protocols, routing rules, and imaging workflows.
Support integrations between PACS, RIS, EMR/EHR, imaging modalities, VNA, and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and interface-related issues.
Coordinate upgrades, implementations, migrations, testing, and vendor support.
Maintain imaging data integrity and support HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
Develop documentation and provide end-user training.
Qualifications
Required
Recent hands-on experience administering eRAD PACS
5+ years supporting PACS, RIS, Enterprise Imaging, or VNA environments
Experience supporting radiology operations in a healthcare setting
