Mount Nittany Health is recruiting a skilled, BC/BE General Cardiologist to meet the community need! Join a well-established, employed group of 8 physicians and 4 PA-C’s. Located in State College, PA, Mount Nittany Medical Center is a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.
The Position:
FT; IP/OP
3 General Cardiologists, 3 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists and 4 PA-C’s
1:5 call
Special Device Clinic for Pacer and Cardiac Implant Patients
1 Cath Lab
4 Special Procedures Rooms w/ a 5th on the way! --2 Vascular and 2 Echo currently
EMR: Meditech Expanse with transition to EPIC summer 2026
Compensation Package:
Competitive base salary + wRVU production incentive
CME allowance
Sign-on bonus - $100K
