Fisher Phillips, a leading national labor and employment law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation for its New York office.
The ideal candidate would have substantial experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action. Qualified candidates need to demonstrate experience and proficiency drafting and ideally arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class, and experience preparing witnesses for taking and/or defending depositions. Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of litigation experience.
Must have experience with wage & hour/class and collective action work.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong academic credentials.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A commitment to personal growth and high-quality client service.
Admission to the New York Bar is required.

The yearly salary range for this position is $200,000 - $235,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
