Nurture Integrative Health Clinic is hiring! Women’s Health Licensed ND in Oregon for part or full time position. Competitive compensation ranges based on days of work and experience.
We are: an integrative medicine clinic on the SW Portland/Tigard border in Washington County, Oregon.
If you are:
A licensed ND in the state of Oregon with a women’s health and pelvic health focus
Can commute to our SW Portland/Tigard office for 2-4 days per week of work
Additionally trained in pelvic floor therapy, abdominal therapy and/or acupuncture
Interested in working in a collaborative supportive environment.
At least 1 year in practice or residency with some clinical experience under your belt
Experience in using EMR (Charm is ideal) and coding visits for insurance.

Nurture Integrative Health Clinic offers a base hourly salary to start for employee NDs, and we then transition to a commission split once you grow your practice. If you’re a seasoned clinician with an existing practice, and looking for a kind, compassionate work environment, you are encouraged to apply. Employee or independent contractor options are available.
Benefits for employees:
Base pay for the first three months as you fill your practice
Commission structure once your practice fills - you work more, you earn more
Moda health insurance after 90 days of employment - silver or gold plan. The company pays 75% of your silver plan premium for full time work (35+ hours per week), or 50% of your silver plan premium for part time work (25+ hours per week).
Matching (up to 3%) Simple IRA retirement plan after completing 1 year of employment.
Yearly CE allotment for those working 3 or more days per week

Requirements
