Visitation Monitor

Children’s Safe Exchange and Visitation Program (Danville OR Lexington area)

General Functions: Provide objective monitoring of visitations for children and parents separated by court order, screen visiting parties prior to a monitored visitation, provide an atmosphere of safety and security during visitations as it relates to GreenHouse17 policy, procedure and court order, intervene on activities and dialogue deemed inappropriate for monitored visitation by GreenHouse17 policy, procedure and court order, document objective observations of monitored visitations.

Essential Functions:

80% Monitor visitations, provide appropriate order during visitations, check in with visiting parties and children prior to and after visitations, ensure that visiting children safely enter the center from the custodial party’s vehicle before a visit and from the center to the custodial party’s vehicle, ensure that visiting children are properly secured in custodial party’s vehicle prior to departure.

10% Ensure the visitation room is in appropriate condition for a monitored visitation and that the visitation room is tidy and presentable after a visitation is completed, confirm that visiting party is ready and compliant with GreenHouse17 policy, procedure and court order, take payments from visiting parties required to pay visitation fees.

10% Other duties as assigned related to delivery of services for families requiring supervised visitation and/exchange

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
