| Shift | The standard workweek is 40 hours, usually Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, the role requires flexibility, including possible evenings and weekends. |
| Job Summary | At a manager level, this position plays an important role in connecting external field operations with internal customer service functions of the Transportation Services Department. Key responsibilities include evaluating and managing requests for campus, departmental activities, seminars, conferences, and special parking services. It involves managing work orders and billing processes with the autonomy and expectation to lead the unit with minimal oversight and direction. The role involves managing employees, including overseeing the dispatch center for field operations, supervising training, and evaluating office staff. A self-motivated and collaborative individual is essential, as the position requires interacting with various stakeholders and acting as a primary representative of the Transportation Services Department.
