SummaryJoin us for an incredible opportunity to become part of our Area Revenue Team as our Area Revenue Analyst! While based out of the Hyatt at Olive 8, this Area Revenue Analyst may have the opportunity support our collection of Hyatt Hotels in downtown Seattle, including also the Hyatt Regency Seattle, and/or the Grand Hyatt Seattle.

We are seeking a detail ‑ oriented and analytical individual to join our Revenue Management team. They will be responsible for providing essential support to the Area Director and Assistant Director of Revenue Management in optimizing Rooms and Events performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in market analytics, pricing strategy, and hotel performance management.
Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Analysis & Reporting
• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, leveraging third ‑ party analytical tools to support data ‑ driven commercial decisions
• Analyze booking trends, market conditions, and competitive performance reports to identify opportunities and support data ‑ driven commercial strategies
• Evaluate current business strategies and identify opportunities to maximize RevPAR and RevPAS
Forecasting & Strategy Support
• Support the preparation of room and event space forecasts by gathering data, updating templates, and assisting with basic analysis
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies by updating systems, checking rate accuracy, monitoring channel content, and completing routine data pulls
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and contribute data-driven insights
Rate & Inventory Management
• Monitor room and event space availability, restrictions, and pricing by performing regular system checks, updating information as needed, and flagging discrepancies for review
• Ensure rate accuracy and parity across all distribution channels
• Assist with loading rates, packages, and promotions into relevant systems by entering data accurately, updating details as needed, and verifying successful uploads
Group & Event Support
• Review group requests by gathering key details on pricing, displacement, and basic profitability considerations.
• Coordinate with Sales on group blocks, pickup updates, and meeting space usage to ensure accurate system information.
• Assist with analyzing event space performance by compiling data, updating tracking tools, and identifying simple revenue opportunities
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Provide analytical support to Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Assist with targeted initiatives designed to drive demand and improve business mix
• Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to hotel leadership

The annualized salary range for this position is $66,100.00 to $95,700.00. This is a non-exempt manager position, based upon an hourly rate and eligible for overtime. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem ‑ solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Keen interest in hospitality revenue management and commercial strategy
