Description
Reproductive Endocrinologist & Infertility Specialist
East Bay Fertility Center | Lehi & Payson, Utah | utahinfertility.com
Compensation: $275,000 – $325,000 base salary + production bonus
East Bay Fertility Center is a boutique, independently owned fertility and reproductive medicine practice serving Utah County from two locations in Lehi and Payson, Utah. Over the past decade, we have built an exceptional reputation for clinical outcomes — our 10-year average IVF success rate of 83% significantly outpaces national benchmarks (SART/CDC national average: ~43–50% for patients under 35 using their own eggs).
Our IVF case backlog reflects genuine, sustained patient demand in one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States. We are seeking a skilled, fellowship-trained REI to help us meet that demand — and to grow with us long-term.
Why East Bay Fertility Center?
At large corporate fertility chains, physicians become revenue units. Protocols are dictated top-down, committees slow every decision, and clinical autonomy erodes. At East Bay Fertility Center, your clinical instincts drive outcomes — not the other way around. You will know your embryologists, nurses, and patients by name. There are no distant executives mandating protocols — just a high-performing, tightly-knit team committed to extraordinary patient care and exceptional results. We do not treat patients like a manufacturing plant. Individual care is top priority so our initial consults we spend 1 1/2 hours with new patients so they can get all of their questions answered and we can make sure their experience and overall success is the best that we can offer.
