Leads the strategy and execution of Officeless No-Code platform with strong technical understanding, enabling scalable solutions, reducing engineering dependency, and accelerating enterprise feature delivery through configurable and programmable abstractions.

Job Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for Officeless No-Code platform and capabilities.
• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business OKRs and platform scalability goals.
• Work deeply with Engineering, TPM, and Architecture to design robust No-Code abstractions without compromising system integrity.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, technical flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate trade-offs between flexibility, performance, security, and maintainability in No-Code feature design.
• Drive initiatives that replace or significantly reduce custom engineering through configurable No-Code solutions.
• Lead beta initiatives and controlled rollouts to specific enterprise clients or internal squads.
• Actively analyze product usage, adoption, and technical constraints to iterate toward higher No-Code maturity.
• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Solution teams in enterprise demos, solution design, and deal unblocking using No-Code capabilities.

Technical Competencies (Required)

• Strong programming fundamentals with ability to read, understand, and reason about code.
• Solid understanding of database concepts, including:
• SQL (relational modeling, joins, indexing, transactions)
• NoSQL (document-based, key-value, schema flexibility, performance trade-offs)
• Familiar with JavaScript concepts (async behavior, functions, basic frontend/backend logic).
• Comfortable working with JSON structures for configuration, APIs, and No-Code definitions.
• Ability to discuss system design, data flow, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
