Join our dynamic team as a Presentations Specialist and make a significant impact by crafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations for diverse banking industries. You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client service and forging strong relationships with bankers. If you're passionate about design and eager to grow in a multicultural environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.As a Presentations Specialist within Global Corporate Finance Operations (GCFO) you will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and provide design support to bankers across the EMEA region. You will work closely with various banking industries, offering you the chance to develop strong client relationships and enhance your design skills. Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with internal clients to deliver creative solutions and technical support.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring clarity and suggesting improvements.
- Produce presentations accurately and efficiently within timeframes, proofing your own work.
- Encourage and seek feedback to maintain and exceed standards.
- Plan workload to meet deadlines.
- Ensure brand adherence and consistency where appropriate.
- Continuously develop and enhance skill levels.
- Collaborate with local and global teams.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced level in MS PowerPoint.
- Basic level in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative tools, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven work experience with presentation design.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to balance creativity and practicality.
- Ability to share and receive feedback and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to manage own workload seamlessly and understand client instructions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in a multicultural team environment.
