Watson Clinic’s high-volume Urgent Care department is offering a remarkable Partnership opportunity for an Urgent Care Physician to join our esteemed group. This is a chance to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our community.
What We Offer
- NO Nights & NO Call!
- Service Hours 8am – 6pm / 7 days a week
- Competitive Pay: Base Salary plus an incentive bonus
- Located in desirable Lakeland.
- On-site CT, Ultrasound, Digital X-rays, and Full Laboratory Testing.
- Board-certified, team-oriented physicians and experienced RNs and LPNs.
- Extensive primary care & multi-specialty base for timely referrals.
- EPIC EMR
- 2 years until Partnership.

What We Are Looking For
- BC or BE in FM, IM, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
- One year of experience in primary care, urgent care, or a walk-in clinic setting is preferred.
** Must be proficient in Lacerations, I&D and Foreign Body Removal and willing to learn new procedures**
