Description
A well-established, privately owned dermatology practice just west of Portland, led by an experienced board-certified dermatologist, is seeking a motivated and clinically confident Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a minimum of two years of dermatology private practice experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of medical dermatologic conditions
- Perform in-office procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, ED&C, and other minor surgical procedures
- Educate patients on diagnosis, prevention, and long-term skin health
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Collaborate closely with supervising dermatologist and clinical staff
- Contribute to practice growth initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Compensation
- Performance-Based Compensation: Percentage of collections 25-30%, commensurate with dermatology experience
- Potential annual incentives based on production, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction

Requirements
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PA-C license in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of dermatology private practice experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical and procedural skills in medical dermatology
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care
