Job Description
Rebound Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team in beautiful Central Oregon. With 10 clinics across the region, we provide high‑quality, accessible care to patients of all ages while supporting a lifestyle rooted in outdoor adventure, community connection, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Current or upcoming Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for Oregon licensure)
- Experience treating a wide range of patient ages and diagnoses
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with patients, referral partners, and the community
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based patient care

Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000+ annually
Compensation is based on experience, skills, and other job‑related factors. This role is also eligible for discretionary incentive pay. Benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off are available per company policy
