With the opening of a third state-of-the-art clinic, we are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to step into an established, high-demand practice where you can build a full patient panel quickly and earn $400K+ in a supportive, physician-focused environment.
Practice Details
- Join a collaborative team of four pediatricians in a growing multi-specialty group
- Immediate patient volume with a partial panel available from a departing physician
- Monday-Friday clinic schedule with dedicated admin time
- Primarily outpatient pediatrics with shared 1:6 hospital call for ER consults and emergency C-sections
- Dedicated Medical Assistant support
- Modern EMR systems: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Altera (hospital)
Compensation & Benefits
- Average physician earnings $400,000+
- $25,000 signing bonus plus relocation assistance
