Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Rheumatologist to join our department in a clinician-educator track. You will join an established rheumatology practice and participate in a shared 1:4 call structure with our Upstate Prisma Health pediatric rheumatologists. The Division was founded in 2020 serving the Midlands of South Carolina. Our Children’s Hospital has been recognized nationally for quality care and provides comprehensive services across multiple specialties while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence in medical student and resident education.

Details:

•          Our team, through its programs and services, delivers a patient-first philosophy centered on compassion and clinical excellence.
•          Provide comprehensive pediatric rheumatology care in the outpatient clinic setting with inpatient consultation services.
•          Equipped to provide point of care ultrasound in clinical settings
•          Admit patients to the Children’s Hospitalist Service serving as a consultant in their ongoing care.
•          As faculty with the USC School of Medicine and a member of the Pediatrics Department with over 20 subspecialty divisions, serve as a clinician-educator to residents, students, and adult rheumatology fellows.
