Practice Details
- 100% outpatient psychiatry treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across mild to moderate conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD
- Collaborative behavioral health team, including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and case managers
- 60-minute new patient evaluations and 15-minute follow-up visits with a consistent volume of 10 to 12 patients per day once established
- Athena EMR is fully integrated for streamlined documentation and minimal administrative burden
Schedule
- Two 8-hour clinic days per week with flexible weekday scheduling
- One day in Washington, PA, and one day in Uniontown, PA
- No call, no inpatient coverage, no hospital rounding
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,577 per 8-hour clinic day
- Choice of W-2 employed or 1099 independent contractor structure
- Signing bonus and malpractice coverage available for employed physicians
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist, MD or DO
- Comfortable providing outpatient psychiatric care across age groups
- Interest in continuity of care without inpatient or on-call obligations
