Position Highlights:
• Outpatient‑only primary care
• 4‑day workweek
• 16 patients per day (never more than 18)
• Join a collegial team of long‑tenured clinicians, including two NPs (one with 8 years of experience)
• Open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Independent practice with a warm, community‑focused culture
• Part of an ACO, emphasizing quality over volume
• Epic EMR
• Additional opportunity to pick up hospital work on weekends for extra income

Compensation & Benefits:
• $180,000 annual salary
• 5-10% annual bonus based on ACO performance
• Total earning potential: $189,000-$198,000
• 100% employer‑paid health insurance

• Up to $5,000 in sign‑on/relocation assistance
