Job Summary:

Lake Highland’s Therapy Services department seeks a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide services for all grades, PreK through 12th grade, to support students in and out of the classroom and provide education to parents and teachers. This support consists of identification and intervention, including sensory integration therapy and skill-building exercises to improve fine motor skills, visual perceptual and motor skills, social-emotional development, and executive functioning skills.

This is a part-time, non-benefited, 10-month, exempt position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed in the state of Florida as an Occupational Therapist required.
• 3 years of pediatric work experience with partial experience in a school setting/environment preferred.
