Accounting Internship

10-20 hours per week/onsite. Days and hours to be determined based on class schedule.

Duties:

• Load invoices to customer portals and maintain proper audit support
• Post customer payments to AR Module
• Track status on invoice payments
• Help with data entry of other accounting items
• Assist with preparing account reconciliation and journal entries during monthly close process
• Support budget process
• Assist with other special projects

Qualifications:

• Must be at least a sophomore
• Must have completed Accounting I and Accounting II
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Self-starter
• Enjoys working with others
