Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist - Senior Lead to join our team. As a Training Specialist - Senior Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and training of personnel on various Military Intelligence systems and technologies.
Overview
As a subject matter expert, you will demonstrate proficiency in Military Intelligence, including All Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), DCGS-A system architecture, intelligence system operations, intelligence analysis, Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) maintenance, and/or intelligence tactics, techniques, and procedures. Maintenance Trainers must successfully pass a CI polygraph examination and maintain NSANet Privileged Access (PRIVAC).
Responsibilities:
- Serving as an Maintainer NET or Training Support event Mission Lead, when assigned.
- Instructing the IFS, IFS-N & TGS Maintainer Courses as well as the CDSS Maintainer & Operator Course.
- Executing Maintenance Training events.
- Developing and presenting various types of training (NET, Delta, refresher, over-the-shoulder).
- Functioning as Military Intelligence (MI) Systems Training Subject Matter Expert, training material developer, and trainer.
- Providing guidance and direction to less experienced trainers utilizing strong technical and training skills.
- Providing presentations and briefings to senior leaders as required.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and possess an Active TS SCI level clearance.
- Must have completed the Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC) or an equivalent certification to meet TRADOC instructor standards IAW AR 350-1.
- Must be okay with traveling up to 50% of the time annually. Travel may include hostile fire zones.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or Instructional Design.
- 10 years total and 7 years specific DCGS-A experience (10 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education for a total of 20 years of experience).
- Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.
- Must have experience with servers, virtual machines, and troubleshooting skills
- Must be experienced to assess training requirements, identify, and evaluate training alternatives, develop training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.
- Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.
Certification Requirement:
- Information Assurance Technologist Level II certified IAW DoDI 8570.1.

Qualifications
- Prior military experience is a plus, as is prior course and curriculum development experience.
