United Elevators is seeking an experienced Installation Projects Manager to lead elevator installation projects from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full lifecycle of elevator installation projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, inspection, and handover.
• Oversee quality checks at all stages of installation, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring minimal variance.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors in line with pre-signed contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, quality, and timelines.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of project engineers, PMO staff, and planning coordinators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in Elevator industry (highly preferred), MEP, or Construction.
• Experience in multinational or large corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of elevator installation processes and industry standards.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays are off
• Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.
