Mercyhealth System in Walworth, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine-Trained Hospitalist to join our excellent team of collaborating providers in Southern Wisconsin.

Opportunity:

Salary Range: $280,000-$310,000

• Build your individual inpatient practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical staff
• Join an established Hospitalist team with Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, and Support Staff
• Care for both adult and pediatric inpatients within a collaborative, multispecialty hospital environment
• Strong specialty referral collaboration within the Mercyhealth system
• EPIC EMR
• Dedicated Physician Liaison outreach support
• 7 on / 7 off schedule (7a-7p Day Shift)
• Double coverage Monday-Thursday (7 am - 4 pm)
• 24/7 Emergency Medicine physicians in-house
• 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

Departmental Scope:

Family Medicine Hospitalist practice including:

• Adult inpatient care
• Pediatric inpatient care
• Admission, rounding, and discharge management
• Strong collaboration with primary care and specialty providers
• Multispecialty integrated care across the Mercyhealth system
• Opportunity to grow within a stable, well-established hospitalist program

Qualifications:

• MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Residency training in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
• Strong communication skills and a team-based approach to care
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for all ages

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000-$310,000
