Your new company

Our client is a multinational company with over 100 staff in the Hong Kong branch. They are looking for a Head of Finance to lead a team of 10 for the local market, overseeing the full scope of the finance function.

Your new role

• Maintains full statutory compliance while safeguarding the precision and reliability of all financial reporting.
• Contributes to shaping financial aspects of business strategy, operational planning, and growth initiatives.
• Leads a Hong Kong-based team of 10, supported by a shared service centre in China.
• Works closely with Regional Finance teams, senior leadership, and other business units to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Champions a culture of fiscal responsibility and operational excellence, offering guidance and training to colleagues across all levels.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA Qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, cash flow, and treasury operations.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
