$12/hour starting pay + commission + perks

This is not a high-volume, transactional environment. It’s a slower, intentional space where small gestures make a big impact on both guests and team members.
About the Role
As our Guest Experience Guide, you’ll be the first and lasting impression for our guests. You’ll answer phone calls, respond to messages, assist with bookings, and check guests in and out with warmth and professionalism. You’ll also manage our digital point-of-sale system and maintain a polished, serene space in our lounge and reception area.
This is a guest-centered role with a tech-savvy side—ideal for someone who enjoys improving people’s days, is comfortable with technology, and finds joy in making things run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide guests through their spa experience
- Answer and place phone calls, manage digital bookings and emails
- Operate the point-of-sale system for checkouts and retail sales
- Maintain lounge ambiance and ensure shared spaces are clean and calm
- Assist with room resets and guest transitions during high-traffic times
- Share product recommendations with sincerity and care

Compensation & Perks:
- $12/hour starting wage
- 10% commission on select sales
- Paid training at $10/hour

Requirements
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology and digital tools (booking platforms, POS, etc.)
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays (required)
- Ability to move between floors and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- A grounded, guest-centered presence

- Warm, Clear Communication – Comfortable speaking with guests in person and over the phone with clarity, care, and professionalism
- Emotional Intelligence – Listens actively, responds with compassion, and remains calm under pressure
- Attention to Detail – Notices and attends to small tasks that enhance the guest experience (cleanliness, ambiance, presentation)
- Technological Competence – Confident using computers, booking software, and digital point-of-sale systems
- Adaptability – Able to shift gears calmly and problem-solve in the moment
- Collaborative Spirit – Works well in a small team environment with mutual respect and open communication
- Time Management – Manages tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm, guest-focused atmosphere
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset – Open to learning, receiving feedback, and refining their skills
- Physical Readiness – Able to perform light physical tasks such as restocking, carrying items upstairs, and resetting rooms
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to and from the spa
- Comfort using technology and speaking on the phone
