Avera Medical Group Family medicine physicians provide comprehensive, continuous, and accessible primary care for patients of all ages, from birth to end-of-life. They diagnose and treat acute/chronic illnesses, offer preventive care (screenings, immunizations), manage multi-morbidity, and coordinate care with specialists, working in outpatient settings.

Requirements

Family medicine require an MD or DO degree, completion of a 3-year accredited residency, and state licensure, with board certification. Key skills include comprehensive patient care for all ages, strong clinical judgment, and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency.

Pay range- $280,000- $315,000
CME $5,000
PTO is 36 days which is sick, vacation, CME and 6 Holidays
Relocation of $12,000
Retention Bonus up to $15,000

FQHC clinic in Worthington and Marshall location

4.5 work days per week
No call, No nights or weekends at some of my locations
Extra pay for Urgent Care shifts (not required)
No ER Required- paid extra if you take those shifts

Nursing Home rounding at some of my locations

Inpatient rounding in Pipestone, MN

Marshall and Pipestone are critical access hospitals 

Specialist on site or will come from Sioux Falls, SD - Goal is to try and keep our patients local
