- FACULTY LECTURER
Description
Position Description:
- A full-time fixed term lecturer position beginning August 2026. This is a three-year appointment.
- Teaching area will be determined by applicant’s area of expertise but focus primarily on studios and classes with manual and digital components.
- The successful candidate must be able to show acceptable documentation establishing the right to accept employment in the United States. The successful candidate must be able to provide oncampus, face-to-face instruction.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with two years of industry experience. Ability to teach lower-level design studios, strong manual and visual communication skills. Competent user of industry software.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Interior Design or closely related field. Ability to teach upper-division interior design undergraduate courses. Fluency in industry software including Revit. Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud software for digital visualizations and presentation.
