This executive role is the senior-most, non-physician position within the group and reports to the Board’s executive leadership, an exceptionally strong, highly engaged team deeply dedicated to the practice's long-term success and the well-being of its team. The position is responsible for financial oversight and the development of progressive physician compensation models. This position not only runs the practice but also oversees elections, official corporate documents, records, and contracts. Key to the group's success is its proven record of recruiting outstanding candidates, even in highly competitive and tight job markets. This position is part of the recruiting team that consistently attracts top-tier talent to the organization. This leader also serves as the primary liaison with critical partners, including contracted hospitals, benefits, banking, and accounting professionals, and professional organizations such as the ACR, RBMA, and Strategic Radiology. Active involvement in the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) is considered a plus.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism. Due to the sensitive nature of this leadership role, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all organizational and personnel matters is essential.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Medical Group Practice Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA or MHSA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
