You will be part of Endress+Hauser Group Services Germany, where we support our global organization and drive excellence across corporate functions with a strong spirit of partnership and innovation.

If so, this role offers the opportunity to shape how our global sales organization leverages CRM to drive impact. You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across Sales Centers, Production Centers, and corporate functions. As part of our Corporate Sales Excellence team within Group Services, you will help strengthen our global CRM strategy.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Support our global Sales and Production Centers in using our CRM system (Salesforce.com) effectively
- Further develop the CRM system based on ongoing exchanges with users and evaluation of Salesforce feature releases and how to utilize them for Endress+Hauser continuous improvement
- Implement meaningful KPIs that support our international sales organization in increasing productivity and sustainable growth
- Translate business needs into CRM requirements and ensure successful implementation in the system
- Identify knowledge and usage gaps and close them through targeted training activities.
- Coordinate and communicate the status of CRM releases and enhancement requests across the organization
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., business informatics, informatics, economics) or bring an equivalent qualification
- Bring several years of experience working with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.com, including configuration knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Possess experience working in a sales-related environment or a customer-facing function, which is a plus
- Feel comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Bring strong customer orientation, communication skills, and a convincing, solution-focused mindset
- Are fluent in English; a good knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Are willing to travel internationally up to 20%
