Gleason-Janky Eye Physicians, a well-established and respected private practice in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team.

We offer a positive work environment, abundant patient base and a strong local presence. This is a very busy, practice with a high patient and surgical volume.  You would be immediately busy with referrals from optometrists, medical doctors and our considerable wait list.

Our practice offers autonomy, a short path to partnership, health insurance, 401K, 3 weeks vacation, CME expenses, malpractice insurance, paid membership dues, signing bonus and moving stipend. The salary is based on experience, with bonus potential.

In addition to excellent support staff, we have state-of-the-art equipment including IOLmaster 700, Cirrus OCT, Humphrey Visual Field, Zeiss Visulas III laser, EMR with AI scribe. We operate in a multi-specialty surgery center that offers options to purchase shares.
