Description
Permanent | Client Services and Practice Administrator | Up to $100k+super | 5 days in office Your new companyA boutique, professional services firm focused on long-term client partnerships. They provide accounting, tax and advisory support. This role sits within a team of between 10-15 staff in their North Sydney office.
Your new role
As a Client Services and Tax Administrator, you will support directors and accountants across daily operations, client administration, and statutory requirements. You will manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a key contact point for internal teams, clients, and regulators.
- ASIC compliance and company secretarial duties, including preparation and lodgement of ASIC forms
- BAS and IAS administration support, including bookkeeping or accounting assistance
- Diary and workflow management for directors
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation
- Coordinating meetings and events, both in-person and virtual, including preparation of papers and secretariat support
- Arranging travel and itineraries, plus credit card and expense administration
- General administrative support across the firm, including printing, scanning, visitor management, WIP, invoicing, and ATO and ASIC communication
- Liaising with directors, business partners, and clients
- Supporting and mentoring a Team Assistant
- Minimum three years' experience in a client or tax administration role
- Experience with ASIC, ATO, NowInfinity, BGL or Ignition is preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Proactive approach to improving processes and workflows
- Maintain an active myGovID on your mobile phone
