The Queen's Medical Center is hiring for a full-time, employed Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join their comprehensive, multidisciplinary team serving a medically diverse patient population. This is the largest Psychiatry group in the state and has academic affiliation with the University of Hawai'i. Where You'll Work
The Queen's Medical Center-Kahi Mohala (QMCKM) is a child and adolescent residential treatment program with 24 beds where patients typically stay for two to three months. The program provides not only therapy and schooling but also group activities on its sprawling 14-acre campus which features lush greenery, a stream, a playground, a basketball court, a ropes course, and a swimming pool.
Established in 1983, QMCKM serves as Hawaii's only free-standing, nonprofit behavioral health care hospital providing comprehensive behavioral health services to youth between the ages of 4 and 17.

'Ewa Beach and its surrounding leeward (southwestern) coastal areas are located on O'ahu, Hawai'i's third-largest island. The area is a family friendly suburbia of Honolulu, approximately 10-15 miles from Downtown Honolulu featuring master-planned communities, shopping, and a rich cultural heritage. There is more sun and less rain on this part of the island.
